We must not only ridicule the United States, which is being hurt by the Trump administration’s closed-the-door policy as if we were watching a fire on the other side of the river. We must also seriously consider how to make the best use of talented foreign people with diverse origins in Japan, just as China and European countries do.
In the case of Japan in particular, we have a rapidly shrinking domestic market that is like a malignant neoplasm, and we are being also forced to fight a war with very few bullets left, due to the extremely low birthrate. We cannot afford somewhat excluding them because they are “gaijins” any longer.
No joking. I think the Japanese of Generation Y and Z should ignore all the advice that comes from the Generation Xes who only know Japan without living out even once. Don’t stuck yourself in such a closed room.
対岸の火事を見るように、トランプ政権に痛めつけられているアメリカを嘲笑うだけでなく、我が国も真剣に、中国やヨーロッパ諸国のように、多様なオリジンを持つ優秀な人材を国内で生かす術を考えないといけません。
特に日本の場合は、急激に収縮する国内市場という悪性新生物のような爆弾を抱えていて、かつ、超絶少子化という、残弾数がめちゃくちゃ少ない状態での戦争をさせられているので、「アジアの中の日本」という立ち位置で戦略的に動かないと、Y世代以降は確実に干上がります。いまどき「ガイジン」でもないでしょうに。
冗談抜きで、Y世代とZ世代の日本人の皆さんは 、日本しか知らない旧態依然としたX 世代のおっさん おばさんが、クローズに内にこもって考えた末に編み出したアドバイスなど、全て無視していいと思いますよ。
